Tradition meets the weird at 30th annual celebration

When Bluffton's first homes were built along the May River in the early 1800s, it seems unlikely that dwellers could predict the Lowcountry sanctuary of Southern winds and high bluffs would eventually become home to an annual Ugly Dog Contest. (full story)
