NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE BY VIRTUE OF A DECREE by The Honorable Marvin H. Dukes, III, Master-In-Equity for Beaufort County, heretofore issued in the case of Long Cove Club Owners Association, Inc. vs. Linda OÂ'Neill a/k/a Linda Claypoole, et al., Civil Action No.: 2013-CP-07-02895, Beaufort County will sell on Monday, October 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at the Beaufort County Courthouse in Beaufort, South Carolina, to the highest bidder: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, if any, situate, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina shown and described as Lot Three Hundred Seventeen (317) Long Cove Club on a plat thereof recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Beaufort County, South Carolina, in Plat Book 32 at Page 124. Hunter Montgomery by deed dated February 24, 2005 and recorded March 14, 2005 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 2111 at Page 2230. TMS#: R550 011 00B 0092 0000 Property Address: 6 Pendergrass Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 TERMS OF SALE: For cash. The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with Master in Equity, at the conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of the bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt in the case of non-compliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (30) days, then the Master in Equity may resell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at risk of the said highest bidder.)
