NOTICE OF SALE Docket Number: 2012-CP-07-1658 By virtue of a Decree of the Court of Common Pleas for Beaufort County, heretofore granted in the case of Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club I Owners' Association. Plaintiff v. Estate of John D. Lopas, et al. I, the undersigned Master in Equity for Beaufort County, will on Monday, August 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at the Beaufort County Courthouse, Beaufort, South Carolina, to the highest bidder, sell the following condominium unit, to-wit: WEEK(S) 16 & 26 IN UNIT NUMBER(S) 2504 in Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club Horizontal Property Regime I; according to the Declaration of Interval Ownership, Rights, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations, Conditions, Etc., thereof, as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina, in Deed Book 321 at Page 546. This being a portion of the property acquired by the Lienor by deeds from Graves International, Limited being dated the 3rd day of March, 1981, and the 24th day of April, 1981, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court of Beaufort County, South Carolina, in Deed Book 318 at Page 800, Deed Book 321 at Page 482, respectively. TERMS OF SALE: FOR CASH: The Master in Equity will require a deposit of Five (5° o) per cent of the amount bid (in certified funds), same to be applied on the purchase price only upon compliance with the bid, but in case of non-compliance within thirty (30) days after the date of the sale, same to be forfeited and applied to costs and the property re-advertised for sale upon the same terms at the risk of the former highest bidder. The sale shall be subject to taxes, to mortgages of record, to existing easements and restrictions of record, and to condominium assessments accruing subsequent to the date of the Master's Deeds issued hereunder. The Plaintiff has waived any claim to a deficiency judgment, therefore, the bidding shall not remain open beyond the notice time and date of the sale.
