Recently obtained copies of three Marine Corps command investigations detail continued hazing and recruit abuse following the death of Pvt. Raheel Siddiqui on March 18 on Parris Island. But perhaps more disturbing is the “command philosophy” of his company — Kilo Company — in which leadership expresses a hands-off approach to supervision of drill instructors.
