Savannah police seek identity of person who tossed kitten off bridge

This 10-week-old kitten survived being tossed into the water from the Diamond Causeway Bridge on July 10. Construction workers alerted by a noise saw the animal fall into the water, swim to shore and get stuck in mud, the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department said. Anyone with information on the identity of the person who threw the kitten into the water can call Crime Stoppers at 912-234-2020.

Savannah police are looking for whoever tossed a 10-week-old kitten into the water from the Diamond Causeway Bridge on Thursday.
