Deputies have arrested the fourth and final suspect in connection with a June home invasion in Burton.

Terral Vincent Thompson, 24, of Burton was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a violent crime, armed robbery and pointing a firearm at a person, according to court records.

He and three other men -- all of whom are in custody -- are accused of breaking into a Burton home June 17, holding the resident at gunpoint and stealing a TV, according to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff's Office has said the home invasion is connected to several other incidents that occurred the same day, including another home invasion on Shanklin Road and two shooting incidents in Beaufort.

Thompson remains at the Beaufort County Detention Center pending a bond hearing.

The other suspects, who face similar charges, have been denied bond.

They are:

  • Cornelius Watson Jr., 24, of Beaufort, who was arrested June 18.

  • Travis O'Neil Jenkins, 28, of Beaufort, who was arrested June 21 and charged with additional offenses Wednesday.

  • Steven Javon Chisolm, 26, of Beaufort, who was arrested Tuesday.
