A 75-year-old Bluffton man was banned from a bowling alley last week after he tried to sprinkle baby powder on his lane, according to a Bluffton Police Department report.

He was bowling at Station 300 on Innovation Drive on June 18 when he became angry at the alley's owner for not allowing him to put down baby powder to prevent a fall, the report said.

The owner said it could be dangerous for other customers. When the argument began to "get out of hand," the owner called police, the report said.

The man was issued a notice of trespass and asked to leave.
