In video shot by John Nguyen of F&ME Consultants and supplied by Beaufort County, construction workers place 90-foot concrete beams on columns comprising the Bluffton Parkway flyover connecting the parkway to the Karl Bowers Bridge. At the time of the video, 36 beams were placed, with 138 remaining, as well as 30 steel beams. The $36-million flyover is scheduled for completion in November 2015.
