Lady's Island pizza restaurant robbed by two armed men Tuesday night

A pizza restaurant on Lady's Island was robbed by two armed men Tuesday night, according to a Beaufort County Sheriff's Office news release.

Domino's Pizza at 136 Sea Island Parkway was robbed at about 9:13 p.m. by two men armed with a black semi-automatic handgun, the release said.

The two suspects were described as black men, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 180 to 200 pounds, wearing black hooded sweatshirts, the release said. One suspect was wearing a muscle-type T-shirt and the other had a tattoo on his right arm.

The Sheriff's Office is investigating the robbery.

Employees on the scene said they were not injured.
