Sam Bauer and Jim Bannon, lawyers for Austen Almeida, and Sean Thornton, deputy solicitor of the 14th Circuit, discuss Almeida's sentencing after court on April 25, 2014. Almeida, a former Bluffton High School student who brought a gun to school in May 2013, was sentenced to up to five years in prison, after which he will serve five years of probation on a suspended 10 year sentence. He also received credit for time served on two other offenses.
