Hudson's gets ready for soft shell crab season

For the second consecutive year Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks on Hilton Head Island has built a series of shedding boxes with a water circulatory system to facilitate the molting process and ensure that the soft shell crabs served in their restaurant are as fresh as they possibly can be.
