Sheriff's Office investigating Burton burglary

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is investigating a burglary in Burton in which nearly $5,000 worth of electronics were stolen, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.

On Sunday, a resident reported someone broke into their Laurel Bay Road home and left with $4,580 worth of equipment. The incident occured between 10:30 a.m. and 5:25 p.m., according to the release.
