April 10, 2014

As students look on, St. Gregory the Great School principal Chris Trott moves in to plant a kiss on Buck the goat after school April 10, 2014. The school recently participated in the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser for the American Heart Association with a goal of raising $4,000. School athletic director Karen Floyd asked the principal if he would be willing to perform some sort of stunt if the school exceeded the goal. In the end, the school raised $11,339. Trott did not know his task would be to be kiss a live goat until the day came. Fortunately, the goat kiss went smoothly, if, as he put it, "a little hairy."
