County, neighborhood must reach agreement

newsroom@islandpacket.comMarch 3, 2014

Regarding a recent article about the Beaufort County/Berkeley Hall dispute over building a frontage road, I am appalled that $800,000 has been spent with no results. The only benefactors are lawyers and traffic study groups.

How long does this battle have to go on? Are we waiting for a major accident or a death to occur before something concrete is done?

This situation has been a problem for many on both sides of the issue. Someone has to take a stand and settle this. Those fees could be put to better use.
