A Bluffton child was flown to a hospital after a seizure caused him to fall off his tricycle Friday, according to Cross Schools.

The Bluffton Township Fire District arrived at the school on Buckwalter Parkway about noon and prepared the child to be flown to an area trauma center by LifeStar Air Ambulance, fire district spokesman Randy Hunter said.

The child was treated and released Friday afternoon, a school director said.
