Bluffton police to offer restaurant, bar seminar

The Bluffton Police Department will host a free legal seminar for Bluffton restaurant and bar owners Monday at Town Hall, 20 Bridge St.

S.C Law Enforcement Division agents Pamela Williamson and Nancy Greene will present the seminar, which includes information on basic alcohol laws, licensing requirements and types of restaurant permits. Bluffton police officers and members of the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Alcohol Enforcement Team will answer questions.

The event begins at 2 p.m. and is open to owners, managers and employees of alcohol-permitted establishments.
