One injured in SC 170 crash

One person was injured after a car overturned on S.C. 170 in Okatie Wednesday morning, according to the Bluffton Township Fire District.

The wreck occurred north of U.S. 278 shortly before 9 a.m. and was cleared by 10:20 p.m., district spokesman Randy Hunter said. One person was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The person's condition and additional details about the wreck were not available Wednesday morning from the S.C. Highway Patrol, which is investigating the crash.
