Beaufort County School District superintendent Jeffrey Moss has scheduled town hall meetings to answer questions from parents, educators and community members in each of the district's five high school attendance areas.

The discussions will focus on proposed new attendance zones and school-choice programs, among other topics, according to a district news release.

All meetings are from 6 to 7 p.m.:

  • Feb. 3, Hilton Head Island High School

  • Feb. 10, Bluffton High School

  • Feb. 24, Whale Branch Early College High School

  • Feb. 25, Beaufort High School

  • March 3, Battery Creek High School

  • "I'm really looking forward to hearing what's on parents' minds, especially pertaining to school attendance zones," Moss said in the release. "It's important for everyone to understand this process and participate in it."
