The Beaufort Water Search and Rescue retrieved three people from a boat stuck in the marsh near the Grays Hill area Wednesday morning.

Crews arrived at the boat landing at Clarendon Plantation about 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, according to Dick Jennings of the search and rescue.

Boats were approaching the three individuals about 10 a.m. and by 11 a.m. the rescue was complete.

One received treatment for cold exposure at the scene, Jennings said.
