Outside Hilton Head's Green Team recycling program has collected more than 1,150 cubic feet of recyclables since it began last February at Shelter Cove Marina.

The group has set up recycling bins outside its kiosk at the marina, as well as outside its administrative offices and retail store, to encourage recycling in the area, according to a news release.

Outside Hilton Head was founded in 1979. It operates specialty retail stores, nature-based adventures, destination management and leadership development, according to the release.
