Oversight of Internet belongs with the courts

info@islandpacket.comDecember 24, 2013

My understanding of the situation is that officials at the National Security Agency concerned with our security began with good intentions but in time, without proper oversight by the executive and legislative branches of government, unwittingly became electronic Peeping Toms. It took a judge who obviously understood the Constitution to pull down the shade.

Now the White House invites in wolves in sheeps' clothing, businessmen who electronically intrude and manipulate the buying habits of Americans, rather than individuals steeped in constitutional law.

In my opinion, oversight of the Internet should be left to the Supreme Court.
