On Sunday night, "American Idol" winner and St. Helena Island native Candice Glover performed during BET's Soul Train Music Awards.

Warwick was honored with the Legend Award. During the medley tribute, Glover was joined by other R&B soul legends Gladys Knight, Eric Benet and Chrisette Michelle.

After the show, Glover tweeted, "Such a great night. Singing onstage with the greats! I'll never forget that night."

Glover's second single, "Cried" was released on Nov. 25 and is available for digital download. Her debut album "Music Speaks," is expected to be released Feb. 18.
