Weekend of Lights back for 4th year

The town of Bluffton's 4th annual Weekend of Lights begins with a 5 p.m. Christmas tree lighting Friday outside Town Hall at 20 Bridge St.

The events will be followed with the Bluffton Christmas Parade on Dec. 7, beginning at 11 a.m. at Pritchard and Bridge streets.

The weekend ends Dec. 8 with a Christmas tree lighting celebration at Buckwalter Place. Residents can gather at 3:45 p.m. at Station 300, 25 Innovation Drive, and watch Santa Claus arrive in a firetruck. At 4:45 p.m., awards will be presented for Saturday's parade floats.
