Beaufort DMV dedicated in the honor of a Medal of Honor recipient

Retired Maj. Gen. James Livingston, a Medal of Honor recipient, and his wife, Sara, were honored at the dedication ceremony for the S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles in Beaufort on Friday afternoon. The building was dedicated to the Livingstons to honor them as role models for the community.
