Man hospitalized after fight outside Bluffton restaurant

A man who pulled a knife on two men was hospitalized after being knocked unconscious during a fight outside a restaurant Saturday, according to a news release from the Bluffton Police Department.

The man was punched and knocked unconscious in the Calhoun Street Promenade area about 7 p.m., the release said. The two men were treated for superficial cuts, while the unconscious man was taken to the hospital, the release said.

The fight is being investigated by police. The knife used in the fight was recovered by officers, the release said.
