The winner would face the winner of Calhoun Academy (5-4) and Palmetto Christian Academy (6-3) for the chance to play for the state championship Nov. 23 in Columbia.

Thomas Heyward Academy (7-4), a fourth seed, will travel to top-seeded Florence Christian (9-1) on the other side of the bracket. The winner faces the winner of Northwood Academy (7-3) and Spartanburg Christian (3-4).

Ridgeland-Hardeeville (6-4), the third seed out of Region 6-AA, hosts Lake City (2-8), according to coach Blake Raley. The brackets will not be officially released until Sunday morning.

According to coach Jim Shuman, Battery Creek (5-5), the fourth seed from Region 6-AA, will play at Wade Hampton (4-6) in the first round.
