Bluffton House residents try to save neighborhood program

Students and parents living at Bluffton House apartments joined volunteers and staff of the Neighborhood Outreach Connection Wednesday afternoon as the nonprofit's founder presented a petition with over 200 signatures to the management office in hopes of convincing them to reconsider their plan to kick the program out of the complex on Nov. 30.
