The ServeFest team from Live Oak Christian Church of Bluffton recently helped renovate the Literacy Volunteers of the Lowcountry, the Boys and Girls Club and Family Promise.

The group â€" which consisted of adults and children â€" painted the entrance, hallway and built a wall at Literacy Volunteers; painted the director's office, cleaned grout, sanded and stained picnic benches and created placemats for the Boys and Girls Club.

ServeFest is a group of volunteers from Live Oak Christian Church who want to make a difference in the community with a practical way of giving back. Every quarter, they participate in the "Big Serve."
