Why should people vote for you?

I believe in open governance. Honest and truthful. I always try to do the right thing. I refuse to be pressured into a wrong vote. I have always spoken out if I believe anything is not right.

What are the three most important issues you would address if elected? How?

Sale of the port. There are many things we can do. Candidates should publicly debate this. I believe at the present time the town is being run very well. I will try to see that this continues. I would like to point out that we just finished a wetlands project that adds beauty and recreation.

What other issues do you see as important?

Many will come up the next four years.

What specific steps will you take to make government more open and accessible to the public?

I have always done this. We always need to seek input from our people.

Have you ever been convicted of a crime (felony), been disciplined by a professional licensing board or organization or had an ethics violation filed against you? If so, please give the details.

Have you ever filed for bankruptcy, been delinquent on your federal, state or local taxes? If so, please give the details.

Are there any personal details about yourself that voters would be interested in knowing?

I moved here about 55 years ago with the intent of staying the rest of our lives. My wife and children just loved this town. We have always tried to make this town to be a better place.
