This year's event was 4:30 to 6 p.m., with additional activities at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park until 7 p.m. Bay Street, from Newcastle to Carteret Street and Port Republic to Scott Street were closed to vehicles and more than 65 stores and businesses were expected to participate.

Also sponsoring the event were downtown merchants and the city of Beaufort Police Department. It is sponsored by Hilton Head Nissan at New River Auto Mall, The Beaufort Gazette and the Lollipop Shop.
