Reyn Robinson broke the 2,000-yard rushing plateau on Friday in Erhardt, but it wasn't enough as Andrew Jackson (3-5) got the best of Beaufort Academy, 56-36, in a nonregion matchup.

Robinson rushed for 245 yards and a touchdown for the Eagles (5-3) to bring his season rushing total to 2,191 yards through eight games.

"They kept him pretty much bottled up all night," said Beaufort Academy coach Brock Vaigneur. "He never broke the big ones."

Robinson did have two long touchdown catches, including a 99-yarder. Christopher Boggs had a 70-yard TD run, and Charles Thompson scored on a 5-yard run for Beaufort Academy.
