Town: Bluffton

Children: Abby, 7

Occupation: Owner of hair salon Tara's at Moss Creek Village

Go-to dinner: "I do a lot of Crock-Potting," Reed said. "Or I stop at Kroger and get a roaster."

Biggest pet peeve: A messy house

Hobbies: Golf and horseback riding

Volunteer work: Reed volunteers at Cross Schools, where her daughter goes to school, and also at her church, LowCountry Community Church.

Favorite mommy moment: "Abigail and I snuggle a lot," Reed said. "She is the biggest snuggler, and I do love it."

Most challenging moment: "My most challenging mommy moment, and it still is today, is to have enough time in the day, like just to juggle it all," she said. "Between work and rushing to get her from school and back to work, it's so hard."

Stress reliever: Reed said her stress reliever is a deep glass of wine and a barbecue after Abby goes to bed.

Advice for other moms: "Find a better balance," Reed said. "And pray a lot."
