Bluffton, Hilton Head, Whale Branch in top 10 of latest S.C. volleyball poll

Three area teams found their way into the latest South Carolina High School Volleyball Association Coaches Poll.

Hilton Head Island High, fresh off winning the championship of its own tournament, came in at No. 7 in Class 3-A. The Seahawks, who are 10-0 in Region 8-AAA, are 20-4 on the season.

Bluffton cracked the top 10 in Class 4-A rankings for the first time this season after finishing runner-up at Hilton Head High's weekend tournament.

Whale Branch returned to the Class 1-A rankings, moving in at No. 10.
