Jerrold Hilton, a descendent of the explorer who sited Hilton Head Island 350 years ago -- Capt. William Hilton -- fires the Heritage cannon on Saturday to kick off the Community Party at Coligny Beach Park held in celebration of the 350th anniversary of the siting and the 30th anniversary of the incorporation of the town of Hilton Head Island.
