Local shelters transport dogs to Northeast for adoption

The Hilton Head Humane Association and the Beaufort County Animal Shelter with help from the ASCPA will be transporting dozens on animals to the Northeast on Oct. 5. Due to more strict neutering and spaying laws in the Northeast there are less animals avaliable for adoption.
