Beaufort woman found making coffee, cleaning office during trespassing arrest

A Beaufort woman charged with trespassing in a Beaufort law office was found by police making coffee when she was arrested, according to a Beaufort Police Department spokeswoman.

The woman, 48, was found making coffee and cleaning the office on Carteret Street when she was arrested, Cpl. Hope Able said.

The woman was taken to the Beaufort County Detention Center, where she was held for prosecution in lieu of bail, according to the jail log.
