A man was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night outside a home on Seabrook's Delaney Circle.

The victim told the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office he had dropped off a friend at the home about 9 p.m. and was sitting in his car in the driveway when he was approached by two men, one of whom had a handgun, according to a news release.

After giving the men his wallet, the victim was ordered to lie on the ground, the release said. The robbers ran toward nearby woods.

The victim was not injured and drove to a relative's home, where he called the Sheriff's Office at about 9:30 p.m. The suspects were described only as black men.

Anyone with information can call Staff Sgt. J. Fraser at 843-255-3416 or the Beaufort County Dispatch Center at 843-524-2777.
