Three welcomed to EXIT Realty team EXIT Realty of Beaufort welcomes three members to its team. Realtors Scott and Linda MacDonald have more than 20 years of combined real estate and property management experience. They have worked with buyers and sellers in Colorado Springs and worked with international investors in the Western Caribbean. They will assist Lowcountry buyers and sellers. Diana Drabek joins the EXIT team as office administrator. Drabek will provide administrative support to Realtors and will oversee daily office operations. Weichert, Realtors-Coastal Properties will host a book signing for local author Jim Auld from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Weichert Real Estate office, 2 Rose Hill Way in Bluffton. Auld, who was born and raised in Savannah, will sign copies of his latest book, "Bobby T. The Legend of Savannah." The book is the fictional tale of an abandoned young boy growing up in poverty who hitchhikes to Savannah to find his mother. The Low Country Property Management Association will hold their monthly meeting at noon Tuesday at the Country Club of Hilton Head in Hilton Head Plantation. Sally Irvin of the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office will speak about intelligence-led community policing and Crimestoppers. Cost is $20 for members, $25 for nonmembers and guests.
