Legal seminar in Bluffton to explain rights, risks of owning heirs' property

Bluffton-area residents interested in heirs' property rights can attend a legal seminar at 6 p.m. on Sept. 9 at Bluffton Town Hall.

The Center for Heirs' Property Preservation, in conjunction with attorney Josh Walden, is hosting the two-hour event, which will teach attendees the rights, responsibilities and risks of owning heirs' property and the steps needed to protect it.
