Beaufort High grad is first in South Carolina to graduate from Migrant Education Program

Pablo Caballero Jr. graduated from Beaufort High School in 2013 and became the first student in S.C. to graduate from the Migrant Education Program. He is now a college student and studying to be a nurse at the Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort.
