THEFT

  • Bonaire Circle South: Air compressor, leaf blower worth $330 stolen.
  • Boundary Street, America's Best Inn: Computer worth $350 stolen.

BLUFFTON

THEFT

  • Fording Island Road, Dick's Sporting Goods: Merchandise worth $10,000 and $2,000 cash stolen.

SHOPLIFTING

  • Fording Island Road, Marshall's: Suspect caught trying to walk out with $400 worth of clothes.

VANDALISM

  • Island West Park: Truck windows shattered. Damage: $900.
  • Island West Park: Trailer doors punctured by unknown objects. Damage: $1,000.

BURTON

THEFT

  • Kennedy Circle: Television, air-conditioning unit worth $350 stolen.
  • Mroz Road: String trimmer worth $300 stolen.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND

THEFT

  • Lighthouse Lane, Sea Pines: Golf clubs worth $500 stolen.
  • Mathews Drive, Woodlake Villas: Cash worth $430 stolen from unlocked vehicle.
  • Marsh Wren: Items worth $1,320 stolen.
  • Queens Folly Road: Trailer worth $1,500 stolen.
  • South Forest Beach Drive, Surf Court: Items worth $1,200 stolen from truck. Damage during break-in: $200.

VANDALISM

  • Forest Cove, Broad Creek Landing: Car door dented by kick during dispute. Damage: $300.
  • Widewater Road, Spanish Wells: Truck scratched. Damage: $3,000.
  • Widewater Road, Spanish Wells: Cross scratched into trunk of car. Damage: $300.
ST. HELENA ISLAND

THEFT

  • Canopy Lane, Arbor Village: Jeep Cherokee worth $10,000 stolen.
