Bluffton Fire Auxiliary to host 9/11 breakfast

The Bluffton Fire Auxiliary will host a 9/11 Memorial Breakfast on Sept. 8 to pay tribute to firefighters and first responders who died Sept. 11, 2001.

The event will be from 9 a.m. to noon at the new fire station at 199 Burnt Church Road. The breakfast will include pancakes, sausage, breakfast casserole, coffee, juice and milk.

The cost is $5 per adult and $3 per child. Families of four with two adults and two children can eat for $15.

The auxiliary also is accepting donations for local firefighters participating in the Tunnel to Tower Run on Sept. 14 in Savannah.
