The following crimes were reported to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office:

BURTON

THEFT

  • Parris Island Gateway: $320 stolen in robbery. Damage to door: $100.

  • Island Tank Road, Woodlands Mobile Home Park: Washer and dryer worth $400 combined stolen from home.

  • PROPERTY DAMAGE

  • Ratel Circle: Window, objects on shelf near window broken in possible burglary attempt. Damage: $525.

  • BLUFFTON

    THEFT

  • Pebble Beach Cove, Reserve at Woodbridge: Pistol worth $600 stolen from Mitsubishi Lancer; driver-side window broken. Damage: $200.

  • Westbury Park Way, Westbury Park: Two pairs of sunglasses, two pairs of prescription glasses worth $850 total stolen from car.

  • William Pope Drive, Hampton Inn: Subway "subman" costume worth $800 stolen from car; rear passenger window shattered. Damage: $500.

  • Fording Island Road, Tanger Outlets: GPS, case worth total of $200 stolen; window shattered. Damage: $200.

  • HILTON HEAD ISLAND

    THEFT

  • Nassau Street, Coral Sands: Two tablet computers, wristwatch, TV worth a total of $793 stolen from car.

  • Wilborn Road, Hilton Head Island Middle School: School district-issued laptop worth $400 stolen from office.

  • Pope Avenue, St. Luke's Church: Window pane broken. Damage: $300.

  • Pope Avenue, St. Andrew By-the-Sea United Methodist Church: Paving stone thrown through glass entry door. Damage: $2,500.

  • Detour Road, Whale Branch Early College High School: Graffiti on sidewalk, surveillance cameras, building, picnic tables. Damage: $1,300.
