The following reports were released Thursday by the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office and the Beaufort Police Department:

BEAUFORT

THEFT

  • Charles and Duke streets: Blower worth $264 taken out of the back of a truck.

  • BURTON

    PROPERTY DAMAGE

  • Ratel Circle: Window and objects on shelf near window broken in possible attempt to enter home. Damage: $525.

  • BLUFFTON

    THEFT

  • Pebble Beach Cove, Reserve at Woodbridge: Pistol worth $600 stolen from Mitsubishi Lancer, driver-side window broken. Damage: $200.

  • HILTON HEAD ISLAND

    THEFT

  • Nassau Street, Coral Sands: Two tablet computers, wristwatch, TV worth a total of $793 stolen from car.

  • VANDALISM

  • Pope Avenue, St. Luke's Church: Window pane broken. Damage: $300.

  • Pope Avenue, St. Andrew By-the-Sea United Methodist Church: Paving stone thrown through a glass entry door. Damage: $2,500.
