Animals of the Lowcountry planned for Oatland Island Wildlife Center

Participants will see a barred owl, corn snake, alligator, opossum, flying squirrel, armadillo and other Lowcountry critters presented as part of the Coastal Discovery Museum's "Animals of the Lowcountry" program.

Sessions are held at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. each Wednesday through Aug.14 at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn in the Mary Ann Peeples Pavilion Cost is $12 for adults and $7.00 for children, with advance reservations required by calling 843-689-6767, extension 223, or goping online to www.coastaldiscovery.org.

The Museum is at 70 Honey Horn Drive.
