Holder should represent all of country, not few

Attorney General Eric Holder and the administration want an investigation of civil rights charges against George Zimmerman.

But Holder wants to overlook civil rights charges against those who rioted, stole and burned private property?

This is a typical Democratic response when they do not get their way. Who does Holder represent -- the whole country or a select few?
