The 2013 PGA Junior League Golf playoffs tee off at 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning at Harbour Town Golf Links. The playoff will feature two area all-star teams (Hilton Head and Savannah) who are playing for the right to move onto the S.C. Championship to be held July 29 at Ft. Jackson Golf Club in Columbia.

PGA Junior League is designed to better socialize the game of golf for boys and girls, ages 13 and younger. The competitions are structured in a team format (10-12 players with numbered jerseys) with the teams in leagues depending on geographical location. The juniors play the less stressful and very popular scramble format as opposed to stroke play.

During the first full season of PGA Junior League Golf in the Carolinas Section, there were 45 teams split into leagues around North and South Carolina.

Hilton Head roster: Bryan Allen, Hudson Buck, JC Bauer, Claeland Jones, Benjamin Wiegel, Thomas Gulbin, Max Marko, Lucas Tomita, Michael Garvin, Emma Hayward.

Savannah roster: Vincent Dobbins, Collin Young, Aidan Ganley, Brody Sessions, Sarah Edwards, Alvia Rukmana, Rin Richardson, Reed Lotter, Elena Panzitta, Owen Schiff.
