The following reports were released by the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office on Friday:

BEAUFORT

BURGLARY

  • White Pine Road: Power tools worth $1,350 stolen from shed.

  • BLUFFTON

    THEFT

  • Fording Island Road, Island Car Wash: Flash card for in-dash GPS navigation system worth $500 reported stolen from vehicle.

  • VANDALISM

  • Paddington Lane, The Village: Paint scratched on vehicle. Damage: $1,000.

  • HILTON HEAD ISLAND

    BURGLARY

  • Wood Ibis: $720 in cash stolen from residence.

  • South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Club Villas: $450 in cash, wallet worth $50, reported stolen from unlocked residence.

  • South Forest Beach Drive, Seascape Villas: $200 in cash, briefcase, wallet each worth $150 reported stolen from unlocked residence.

  • FORGERY

  • North Main Street, James F. Berl Law Office: Law office reported that forged checks in the amounts of $424.31 and $397.41 written from firm account and cashed in Pooler, Ga., and Hardeeville.

  • VANDALISM

  • Shelter Cove Lane, Main Sail: Two propane grills pulled off posts, internal parts removed; iron gate torn from hinges. Damage: $1,800.
