Bluffton Self Help grateful to Berkeley Hall Charitable Fund for gift

letters@islandpacket.comJuly 19, 2013

Bluffton Self Help gratefully acknowledges a generous gift from the Berkeley Hall Charitable Fund. This gift will directly impact the lives of our neighbors in need of short-term financial assistance for emergency payments of housing or utility expenses after the event of a family crisis or hardship. Without continued support from organizations, such as Berkeley Hall Charitable Fund, Bluffton residents and their children might face housing evictions or the interruption of utility services. This funding helps ensure that families can remain in their homes in safe conditions while regaining their stability.

Bluffton Self Help appreciates continued support from our friends in Berkeley Hall who honor their community through non-perishable food donations, fund-raising event participation, clothing donations, special infant gifts, school supply support and specific program funding.

Berkeley Hall consists of an active, dedicated group of residents who strive to improve the lives and living conditions of those within their community. We appreciate their support and are thankful for their friendship.
