K.S. McRorie Interior Design of Hilton Head Island has won an international design award for its work at Casa San Agustin, a luxury hotel in Cartagena, Colombia.

McRorie won the 21st Annual Will Ching Design Competition, which honors originality and excellence in commercial design from firms with five or fewer employees. The award was presented by the International Interior Design Association.

"Our work was selected from hundreds of entries from all over the world," firm principal Kelley McRorie said in a news release. "Additionally, the hotel made the Conde Nast 'Hot List' for 2013 and has been written up in Architectural Digest, the Robb Report and Hospitality Design magazines since opening in November."

K.S. McRorie Interior Design's office is at Suite 3C in The Village at Wexford.
